Fulfilling our role to

• Ensure Beyond ABI’s financial viability, solvency, and sustainability.
• Formulate the strategic plan, in conjunction with senior management, and drive progress to achieve Beyond ABI mission and supporting strategy. 
• Select, appoint, guide performance of the Executive.
• Manage Key Stakeholder involvement and interactions.  Regular reporting to these stakeholders.
• Develop, and implement Beyond ABI’s suite of policies, delegations, and procedures. 
• Ensure Beyond ABI complies with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the integrity of internal control, risk management, and management information systems.
• Set/approve Beyond ABI’s annual budgets.  Monitor adherence to these.
