Beyond ABI will shortly be incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 and the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission Act 2012.
As an Incorporated Association, endorsed by the ATO for Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) and with PBI status – we fulfil our role and responsibilities, outlined in Charter below, and further guided by defined set of Organisational Values.

Beyond ABI community org is governed by a volunteer Management Group comprising members of the business and healthcare communities.
Passionate people many with the lived experience of acquired brain injury themselves. Ensuring BABI’s activities are mission-driven; all pointing to the connection and empowerment of people living with an ABI. With responsibility for governance and for co-ordinating support to help minimise the impact of brain injury.
Beyond ABI’s Management group ensures the Mission is achieved in most efficient, effective way possible, in line with our Constitution.
